AltoVita, a female-founded remote-first scale-up, is hiring a US Director of Sales. You will lead the client development effort, open doors with strategic accounts, and drive qualified opportunities across the region, reporting to the SVP Sales, US.

This mid-level to senior track offers a fast-paced environment, travel as needed, and the chance to grow into a senior sales leader. You must have demand-side experience and a proven ability to build credible relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of external sales experience in the US region.
• 3+ years experience in business travel or corporate housing is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify new business opportunities within the US.
• Build a diversified pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Learn and demonstrate AltoVita’s technology across all sales stages.
• Elevate AltoVita’s brand through thought leadership and events.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support lead generation.
• Maintain accurate CRM and forecast pipeline and report progress.
• Attend conferences and events to build AltoVita's market presence.
