Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a strategic leader to head the US Wealth Management Portfolio Advisory Group. You will guide investment solutions across asset classes, partner with CWM leadership, and drive adoption of new technology and platforms, including ConnectWealth.

You will supervise three direct reports and influence senior stakeholders. You will shape messaging, coordinate with global teams, and ensure alignment with firm-wide priorities while balancing execution and innovation within

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Wealth Management or related field.
• Proven management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Strong capital markets knowledge and understanding of managed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead investment solutions for Chase Wealth Management across asset classes.
• Partner with CWM leadership to drive priorities and flows.
• Develop three-direct-report team in the U.S. and foster a high-performance culture.
• Present at National Calls and Training sessions for advisors and stakeholders.
• Roll out and drive adoption of new Unified Managed Account Program.
• Balance innovation with execution and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to deliver seamless solutions.
• Represent PAG in councils and committees and provide actionable insights.
