Job summary
OKX in the United States is seeking a Sr. VIP Relationship Manager to expand our VIP client base, including high net worth individuals, family offices, and select corporate clients.
You will drive revenue by onboarding and retaining VIP clients and formulate an AUM strategy based on OKX US product offerings. You will collaborate with local leadership, lead partnership negotiations, manage relationships, and build referrals and new sales channels across time zones while ensuring a positive client
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Fluency in English.
- 6+ years of VIP business development experience in crypto/private banking/finance/ trading.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data for strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Responsibilities
- Maximize regional revenue by onboarding and retaining VIP clients.
- Formulate an AUM strategy based on OKX US product offerings.
- Collaborate with local leadership on strategic direction.
- Lead partnership work by identifying and negotiating with right partners.
- Manage relationships with high net worth individuals and key clients in the US.
- Build long-lasting client relationships to generate referrals and new channels.
- Proactively coordinate with operations to inform clients of potential roadblocks (e.g., frozen accounts, EDD).
