Job summary

You will own the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract award, working with product management, bid management, and customer service to deliver compelling proposals.

The role requires strategic relationship-building across levels and regular travel across the US territory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management with a proven track record in winning new business.
• Experience managing a regional sales territory and developing customer and account plans.
• Experience selling complex products or solutions within utilities, energy, or smart metering sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer strategies, plans, and implementation for revenue growth.
• Directly manage electricity cooperatives and municipal accounts at senior levels.
• Communicate value propositions through proposals and presentations to customers and partners.
• Participate in tender opportunities and commercial dialogue to win contracts.
• Collaborate with product, bid management, and marketing teams to deliver propositions.
