Job summary

EY Consulting seeks a senior leader to manage AMI program transformations for North American utility clients. You will shape strategy, lead multi-workstream PMOs, and drive delivery across planning, mobilization, design and field deployment while nurturing senior stakeholder relationships.

The role emphasizes governance, change control, commercial acumen, and the ability to scale delivery with onshore/offshore teams. Travel up to 65-80% expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business or related field.
• Approximately 10+ years AMI program management experience with delivery accountability.
• Experience leading large North American AMI deployments across planning to operationalization.
• Consulting or professional services experience with formal client engagements.
• 3+ years of consulting experience including client service delivery and stakeholder mgmt.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including strategy, pricing, proposals and approvals.
• Build relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, design, requirements and field deployment.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, change control and reporting.
• Manage large multi-workstream teams and fixed-fee engagement economics.
• Develop delivery methods, reusable assets and coach workstream leads.
