Job summary

EY Consulting, West coast preferred; accepting applicants from anywhere in the US, seeks a Senior Manager to lead AMI program management across North America. This role focuses on planning, mobilization and execution, partnering with senior utility stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to deliver complex transformations.

The role requires strong PMO discipline, executive communication, and proven ability to steer multi‑vendor programs in regulated utility settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and relevant AMI program management experience.
• Experience leading complex AMI transformations and multi‑vendor programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMI program management pursuits and delivery engagements with a focus on quality and client service.
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums.
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, requirements, deployment, testing and operationalization.
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs with governance, planning, RAID and change control.
• Manage large, multi‑workstream teams and fixed‑fee engagement economics.
• Develop AMI delivery methods and reusable assets while coaching leaders.
