Stantec seeks a US Transmission Line Engineering Manager to lead and advance our national transmission line practice across the United States. This senior role oversees alignment of people, project delivery, and program support with a vision for growth.

You will collaborate with operations, sector leadership, and project managers to balance workload, deliver quality outcomes, and foster technical excellence while expanding client relationships and business development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or related engineering from an accredited university.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in at least one U.S. state; ability to obtain additional registrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. transmission line practice as a single integrated national team.
• Provide leadership and development oversight to engineering managers and teams.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision, growth plan, and operating objectives for the U.S. transmission line practice.
• Drive workforce planning and resource management across the organization.
• Mentor team members and provide strategic and technical guidance.
