Job summary

Stantec seeks a Transmission Line Engineering Manager to lead and advance the nationwide transmission line design practice. This senior role reports to the Power Delivery Operations Manager and aligns people, delivery, and program support across the country.

You will shape strategy, mentor managers, drive performance, and foster client relationships with utilities and developers while expanding capabilities and growth across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in at least one U.S. state.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in transmission line engineering, project delivery, technical leadership, or engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the U.S. transmission line practice as a single, integrated national team across regions and offices.
• Provide coaching and development oversight to engineering managers and their teams.
• Develop and execute the strategic vision and operating objectives for the U.S. transmission line practice.
