Job summary

ASML in the United States is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the US Talent Engagement Center of Excellence, translating global TA strategy into local execution.

You will strengthen talent pipelines, employer brand positioning, candidate engagement, and university relations partnerships. You will also drive stakeholder alignment, craft local talent programs, and partner with HR and business leaders to ensure execution excellence in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field required.
• 10-15 years in Talent Acquisition or HR roles.
• Experience in complex stakeholder environments within large organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and lead programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Translate global Talent Engagement strategies into US-specific talent strategies.
• Provide labor market insights and scenario planning input.
• Lead US university engagement strategy and partnerships.
• Develop and drive local sourcing strategy and talent mapping.
• Build local talent pipelines and engagement programs.
• Ensure pipeline strategy aligns with business demand planning.
