Job summary

Valmont seeks a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead strategy and delivery for U.S. businesses, shaping TA practices across the organization. The role partners with executives and HR to align demand, profiles and sourcing strategies for U.S. and select international markets.

You will build a high-performing, inclusive team and drive adoption of AI and new recruiting technologies, ensuring compliant, efficient candidate experiences across sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including leadership of recruiters.
• Experience recruiting professional/technical talent and leading delivery for multi-site orgs.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, assessment, offer processes and U.S. employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an integrated talent acquisition plan for U.S. professionals, manufacturing and operations.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation and recruiting tech to improve sourcing, screening, and candidate experience.
• Develop common TA practices, tools, measures and capabilities across Valmont.
• Build an inclusive, high-performing team culture with cross-functional partners.
• Lead senior leadership/executive searches and advise executives throughout the process.
