Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in a global, fast-paced technology organization.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and processes simultaneously.
• Strong independence, ability to manage complexity and leadership development.
• Affinity with talent management, change management and organizational design preferred.

Responsibilities

• Challenge, advise and act upon business developments, strategy and people issues.
• Act as an integrator among employees, the business and HR.
• Partner with internal recruiting and third-party teams to execute hiring plans.
• Coach managers on development, succession planning and action plans.
• Develop and implement actions to enhance employee engagement and culture.
• Oversee employee relations, provide coaching on conflict resolution, and escalate as needed.
• Guide managers through performance management, salary planning and development programs.
• Deliver HR support with high-touch coaching and program support.
• Drive organizational change, workforce planning, and design topics.
• Utilize HR data and analytics for decision making and trend insights.
• Collaborate with Talent Development to create workshops on HR programs.
• Gather metrics (headcount, turnover, movement) and provide recommendations.
