Job summary

CLS Group, based in New Jersey, is seeking a Vice President of Talent Acquisition to lead our global recruitment efforts. You will act as a trusted TA SME, shaping the strategy, driving direct sourcing, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience across the US, Asia, and the UK.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to optimize processes, enhance the ATS, and build diverse, high-quality pipelines aligned with current and future needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for Financial Services / Technology roles.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver excellent candidate experiences.
• Strong understanding of talent markets and inclusion-focused pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple corporate functions across US, Asia and UK.
• Direct sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and internal job boards.
• Governance of recruitment processes and guidance to hiring managers.
• Advise on channels to market and reduce agency dependency.
• Manage PSL vendors and external stakeholders professionally.
• Coordinate interviews and feedback with stakeholders and HR.
• Oversee onboarding with HR partners.
• Optimize ATS usage and system enhancements.
• Stay informed on market trends to drive best practices.
• Ensure compliant TA processes with employment laws.
