Job summary

LTM is seeking a senior professional to ensure US Talent Acquisition compliance with local and international laws. The role partners with Legal, Compliance, HR, and risk to maintain ethical hiring standards and governance across global operations.

The ideal candidate will develop and audit programs, train teams, and manage external audits, while driving risk-aware recruitment practices and data privacy adherence in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 14+ years experience with a BA or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• 8+ years in HR, Compliance, audit, or risk management in Financial services.
• Last 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Talent Acquisition Compliance role.

Responsibilities

• Develop US TA compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor and audit recruitment processes to identify risks.
• Create dashboards to track audit and compliance issues.
• Collaborate with legal, HR, and other departments for regulatory alignment.
• Provide guidance on anti-discrimination, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and ethical hiring.
• Lead AI-related compliance efforts and risk management.
• Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain metrics and reporting on compliance performance.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to senior leadership.
• Manage relationships with external auditors and regulators.
