• Lead the U.S. Standard Casualty underwriting strategy, portfolio performance, and market presence.
• Oversee pricing, profitability, and renewal decisions of the Casualty portfolio.
• Develop and coach the Casualty underwriters to ensure consistent underwriting and best practices.
• Coordinate with claims, actuarial, legal, and other functions during audits and reviews.
