Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of underwriting concepts, practices, procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product line underwriting strategy in collaboration with LM Re Heads of Region and other Product Line heads.
• Represent LMRe’s interests with brokers, ceding companies and internal stakeholders across the U.S. Casualty market.
• Lead the Casualty Underwriting team and drive consistency in underwriting, pricing, and renewal decisions.
• Oversee planning, forecasting, and quarterly business review cycle for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with claims, actuarial, and analytics to manage KPI trends and market indicators.
