Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Control Systems, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years PLC programming experience across multiple hardware platforms (Emerson, Allen-Bradley, Phoenix Contact preferred).
• 6+ years LabVIEW experience (required), VeriStand, Python, and .NET.
• Ability to architect and develop control system software from scratch using OO programming, function blocks, and add-on instructions.
• U.S. Citizenship required and experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical control systems.

Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization, is seeking a Sr Advanced Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Sr. Advanced Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering team supporting advanced controls, automation, and test systems development. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, technical leadership skills, and the ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $55.03 - $58.89/hour
