Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automation, Control Systems, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years PLC programming experience across multiple hardware platforms (Emerson, Allen-Bradley, Phoenix Contact preferred).
• 6+ years LabVIEW experience (required), VeriStand, Python, and .NET.
• Ability to architect and develop control system software from scratch using OO programming, function blocks, and add-on instructions.
• U.S. Citizenship required and experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical control systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and test PLC programs for new and existing equipment using industry best practices.
• Define controls system requirements and create detailed functional specifications.
• Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot LabVIEW-based systems to meet evolving customer needs.
• Lead implementation, integration, and testing of automation systems, including electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers.
