ZELTWANGER CNC Manufacturing - USA seeks a entrepreneurial, hands‑on Site Director USA to lead the U.S. operations and align with the German parent company. You will drive performance, safety, quality, and customer delivery while managing the site budget and growth.

Building a strong local organization, you will partner with production, sales, purchasing, quality, and finance, reporting KPIs and shaping the U.S. site strategy within the ZELTWANGER Group.

Qualifications

• Several years of leadership experience with responsibility for business results in manufacturing.
• Experience in CNC manufacturing, machining, or mechanical engineering preferred.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• Several years of professional experience in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Overall responsibility for the operational management of the U.S. site.
• Lead, develop, and motivate employees and strengthen the local organization.
• Ensure delivery performance, quality, productivity, and on-time completion.
• Manage and continuously improve production and business processes.
• Take responsibility for the financial performance of the site within targets and budgets.
• Implement measures to improve productivity, costs, and overall business performance.
• Establish clear responsibilities, leadership structures, and efficient processes.
• Manage day-to-day operations with a strong presence across the site and production environment.
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, Finance, and other departments in Germany.
• Report KPIs, developments, risks, and actions to executive management in Germany.
• Implement ZELTWANGER Group standards at the U.S. location.
