Qualifikationen

• 8-10+ years in progressive operations leadership roles
• Experience in industrial, construction, logistics, or modular buildings
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-functional operations
• Strong program management and cross-functional coordination
• Experience supervising subcontractors and third-party vendors
• Knowledge of OSHA, safety compliance and risk management
