ZT Systems is seeking a Director of Manufacturing to lead site server, rack assembly day-to-day operations and end-of-line activities, ensuring delivery, quality, and cost targets are met. You’ll manage a sizeable team and drive safety, productivity, and training across manufacturing lines.

The role requires 15+ years in high-complexity tech manufacturing, strong project management and lean manufacturing experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in high complexity technology manufacturing.
• Experience in project management, engineering, quality, manufacturing, and new product introduction.

Responsabilités

• Provide work direction to the extended team and prioritize based on ship date, quantity, and capacity.
• Supervise personnel, attendance, training, staffing, and workload balance.
• Offer performance feedback and resolve issues impacting the extended team and communicate with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process/tool improvements with Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance teams.
