Job summary

Meshy AI seeks a billing support specialist to manage the full subscription lifecycle during US Eastern Time hours. You will handle general product questions, refunds, discounts, and disputes, working with Product, Engineering, and Finance to resolve issues.

You will also shape billing policies, create self-serve help articles, and analyze ticket data to drive improvements. Prior SaaS billing experience and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years billing or subscription support experience
• Experience with complex billing scenarios: discounts, refunds, disputes
• Ability to own the full support queue beyond billing
• Clear, empathetic communicator with excellent written and spoken English
• Technically fluent and quick to pick up fast-changing products and tools

Responsibilities

• Handle the full range of user issues during your hours: general product questions, product bugs, billing issues
• Make independent judgment calls on refunds and billing disputes
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance to investigate and resolve bugs and route requests
• Shape and improve billing policy, refund rules, and internal SOPs
• Identify recurring issues and build self-serve help Center articles and automations
• Review support ticket data and share trends and recommendations
• Own the Eastern Time support window and coordinate with teams across time zones
