OpenKrill is seeking an experienced Carrier Sales Representative to build and maintain a nationwide carrier network, source capacity, and drive profitability through strategic capacity management. You will nurture relationships with carriers across multiple modes and markets to ensure reliable load coverage.

The ideal candidate has proven experience in carrier sales or freight brokerage, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple loads in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
• Strong understanding of carrier procurement and load coverage strategies.
• Existing carrier relationships and network preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads simultaneously.
