Job summary

3Brain is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and expand our US commercial presence. The role combines strategic market development, team management, and direct sales of high-value life-science tools and software.

You will build a US-based sales organization, drive revenue growth, and partner with marketing and applications teams to advance our neuroscience-oriented semiconductor solutions. The ideal candidate has 6+ years in sales with 2+ years in leadership, a strong biotech network, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in biology or related field.
Minimum 6 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in sales team management.
Extensive networks within US biotech and research sectors.
Proven track record selling complex, high-value capital equipment to biotech and research.
Experience handling commercial contracts and negotiations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel frequently within the US and worldwide.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the US.
Define and execute the US sales strategy aligned with global objectives.
Lead and develop a US-based sales team with clear targets and KPIs.
Drive direct sales of capital equipment and recurring consumables/software.
Build and maintain relationships with academic labs, biotech, pharma, and CROs.
Identify and develop new market opportunities and strategic accounts.
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including demos and negotiations.
Manage contractual and administrative aspects of customer agreements with legal/finance teams.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual standards.
Collaborate with marketing, applications, and Europe HQ.
Represent the company at conferences and customer events.
Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM reporting.
