Job summary

3Brain AG is expanding its US presence and seeks a full-time sales representative for the East Coast. Based in Baltimore, you will drive revenue, establish relationships with universities, biotech, pharma, and CROs, and deliver engaging product demonstrations at events.

You bring a biology/biophysics background with electrophysiology expertise, strong communication, and a track record in life science sales. Travel up to half the time is required; growth opportunities abound.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Bioengineering, Biophysics, or related life-science field.
• Deep knowledge in neurobiology and electrophysiology.
• Hands-on experience with in vitro electrophysiology techniques including patch-clamp and preferably MEA systems.
• Extroverted with excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for conferences and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the assigned East Coast region.
• Identify and target new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
• Nurture existing customer relationships and proactively call on potential new customers via field visits, email, and phone.
• Provide business presentations and demonstrations at trade shows, customer meetings, seminars, and events.
• Assist with workshops, conventions, and marketing activities as required.
• Provide forecasts and reporting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis.
