Black & White Engineering is seeking a Regional Office Manager for the Tampa, FL area. This on-site role oversees the Tampa office, supports U.S. regional teams, manages budgets, and provides administrative and technical support.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational, and document management skills, with the ability to liaise with contractors and ensure QA standards. Travel between U.S. offices is expected.

• Identify areas of improvement in document management systems.
• Promote sustainability initiatives within the business.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for senior team members.
• Coordinate work with regional offices and support reception duties for visitors.
• Ensure documents meet QA standards and are filed correctly.
• Represent the company at social and business functions.
• Travel and calendar management.
• Support HR policies and promote efficient workflows.
