• Tackle employee relations head-on—handling complaints and Civil rights concerns with professionalism.
• Coach and guide managers through disciplinary actions to ensure fairness and compliance.
• Approve FMLA and leave requests to keep operations moving smoothly.
• Represent HR in staff meetings and industry seminars.
• Audit wage laws, work hours, and accruals for compliance.
• Ensure timely and impactful performance reviews.
• Manage benefits administration day-to-day.
• Drive employee recognition programs.
