Job summary

Bekaert seeks a Regional Compliance Manager US to translate global ethics and compliance frameworks into practical actions across the US organization. You will partner with Legal, HR, Finance, and operations to implement policies and manage risks.

The role requires 5–7 years in corporate compliance or internal audit, strong English communication, and experience with SAP analytics tools in a multinational industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Broad experience across multiple compliance areas including anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, fraud, antitrust, sanctions, privacy and third-party risk.
• Proven ability to lead or materially support sensitive internal investigations.
• Excellent written and spoken English with the credibility to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main compliance contact for the US organization, partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Implement global policies, controls, training, monitoring and remediation initiatives for US risks.
• Identify, assess and elevate compliance risks and regulatory developments.
• Advise on sanctions, export controls, and privacy requirements.
• Support due diligence and monitoring of higher-risk third parties.
• Lead or coordinate whistleblowing and internal investigations in line with policy.
• Execute Internal Audit assignments and follow up on remediation plans.
