Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum five years of ERC experience in pharma/healthcare.
Ability to challenge and influence senior leaders across complex stakeholder relationships.
Excellent organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Advise site leadership on ethics, risk and compliance.
Embed governance and accountability into leadership decisions.
Identify, assess and monitor compliance risks with remediation plans.
Implement ethics and compliance policies across US Operations sites.
Support SpeakUp, conflicts of interest and misconduct processes.
Strengthen ethical culture through leadership engagement and training.
Leverage digital insights to improve compliance effectiveness.
