Databricks seeks a Product Manager for US Public Sector to own the roadmap across FedRAMP, DoD ILs, and government cloud deployments. You will partner with R&D, security, legal, GTM and the public-sector field teams to enable adoption in the most regulated environments.

You will translate government requirements into strategy, define success metrics, write PRDs, and drive end-to-end delivery with engineering and design teams. US citizenship and security clearance are preferred.

Formación

• Product management experience with enterprise B2B or SaaS products.
• Proven ability to lead customer conversations, write PRDs, define success metrics, prioritize features, and guide engineering and design execution.
• Domain expertise in US public-sector compliance and accreditation (FedRAMP, DoD ILs, NIST 800-53).

Responsabilidades

• Own the US public-sector product offerings end to end across FedRAMP, GovCloud, and DoD environments.
• Design and adapt features to meet US government needs in regulated environments.
• Ensure compliance processes scale with growth and new regions.
• Launch public-sector offerings in partnership with GTM and field teams to accelerate adoption.
• Collaborate with Security, Operations, Sales and Engineering to define the compliance roadmap.
