Elastic, the Search AI Company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Platform team to own Elastic Cloud’s backend and orchestration products for the US public sector, including FedRAMP and IL5 environments. You will work with federal agencies and cross-functional teams to translate regulatory needs into product requirements and drive strategy.

The role requires experience with DoD/FedRAMP environments, strong cloud know-how, and a collaborative, autonomous mindset in a distributed setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with deep technical products.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for Elastic's public sector offering, from FedRAMP Moderate and High through IL5 and beyond.
• Provide support for customers, focusing on FedRAMP environments.
• Translate compliance requirements into product requirements and prioritize with Engineering.
• Work with Security, Compliance, and Legal to keep authorizations current as the product changes.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on go-to-market, messaging, and enablement with federal partners and resellers.
• Gather agency feedback and market data to drive product insights and priorities.
• Track regulatory changes and convert them into actionable team plans.
• Work autonomously in a distributed team with asynchronous, transparent communication.
• Demonstrate a track record of using AI to accelerate work while owning outcomes.
