This role involves delivering specialized nursing care to children with complex medical conditions within an intensive care setting, focusing on patient advocacy, family-centered care, and interdisciplinary collaboration. **Key Responsibilities*** Provides continuous assessment of the patient’s condition under the supervision of the Nurse Manager, Surgical Services of the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).* Analyzes patient data to determine appropriate nursing interventions.* Implements a plan of care to achieve optimal patient outcomes.* Revises the plan of care and nursing interventions as necessary to meet patient needs.**Required Qualifications*** Registered Nurse with Kentucky Licensure.* Basic Life Support**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred* Previous experience in PACU or related areas such as ICU or Emergency Room* PALS certification* Previous experience in pediatrics and/or orthopedics desirable.* Ability to adjust to change and possess excellent communication-interpersonal skills.The pay range for this position is $35.01 - $52.52.
