Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of end-to-end U.S. payroll administration across multi-state/multi-entity.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and labor laws.
• Experience with Workday Payroll and ADP SmartCompliance.

Responsibilities

• Process semi-monthly payroll for U.S. entities (on-cycle and off-cycle).
• Administer payroll transactions: new hires, terminations, changes, bonuses, garnishments, direct deposit, time & labor.
• Reconcile payroll tax accounts and filings; respond to payroll inquiries.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc payroll reports; support audits and year-end tasks.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation on payroll processes and compliance.
