NVIDIA is seeking a US Payroll Specialist to join our hybrid team in the United States. This role partners with Human Resources, Stock Administration, and cross‑functional teams and requires 2–3 days on site.

You will manage US bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll, ensure confidentiality, and support year‑end activities. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent payroll experience, 7+ years in multi‑state payroll, and strong knowledge of payroll compliance and employment taxes.

  • Extensive payroll compliance and employment tax background.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • RSU/Stock payroll processing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As part of the US Payroll team, this position reports to the US Payroll Manager and will work closely with Human Resources, Stock Administration, and other cross‑functioning teams. This is a hybrid role with 2‑3 days per week on site.

Salary & Benefits

Base salary range is USD 68,000 – 115,000. Compensation will be based on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. Eligible for equity and benefits.
