NVIDIA is seeking a US Payroll Specialist to join our hybrid team in the United States. This role partners with Human Resources, Stock Administration, and cross‑functional teams and requires 2–3 days on site.

You will manage US bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll, ensure confidentiality, and support year‑end activities. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent payroll experience, 7+ years in multi‑state payroll, and strong knowledge of payroll compliance and employment taxes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent payroll experience.
  • 7+ years work experience including multi-state payroll.
  • Extensive payroll compliance and employment tax background.
  • Solid attention to detail.
  • RSU/Stock payroll processing experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process US bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll accurately and timely.
  • Provide customer‑service‑focused support with detail on employee support and personal data confidentiality.
  • Support and cover other team members.
  • Process prior quarter wage and tax adjustments.
  • Handle and implement all company payroll policies and procedures to ensure requirements are followed consistently every payroll.
  • Assist in year‑end processing to ensure accuracy of W‑2s.
  • Maintain payroll files and records.
  • Work on special payroll projects as needed.
  • Run ad‑hoc reports upon request.
