Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a full-cycle payroll for US employees.
• Experience managing multi-state payroll compliance across states (including CA).
• Hands-on ADP Workforce Now administration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle payroll for US employees across multiple states.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and filings.
• Oversee multi-state payroll compliance and regulatory updates.
• Serve as administrator for ADP Workforce Now configuration and support.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance and external partners for accurate data and deductions.
• Manage payroll audits, year-end reconciliations and W-2s.
