Gravity Global is seeking a Payroll Manager (US) to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the United States, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You will own multi-state processing, collaborate with HR and Finance, and serve as the subject matter expert on payroll systems and regulatory requirements.

This role requires 5+ years payroll experience, proficiency in ADP Workforce Now, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing a payroll process from start to finish.
• Proven experience managing payroll compliance across multiple U.S. states, including California.
• Hands-on experience utilizing ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle payroll process for U.S. employees, including data collection and processing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Oversee multi-state payroll compliance and implement regulatory updates.
• Administer ADP Workforce Now configurations and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and external partners on payroll data and deductions.
• Handle payroll audits, year-end processes, and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Support system enhancements and payroll-related projects.
