Job summary

Gravity Global is seeking a Payroll Manager (US) to oversee end-to-end payroll for employees across the United States from our Denver office. You will ensure accurate, timely payroll operations and compliance across multiple states, while serving as the payroll subject matter expert using ADP Workforce Now.

You'll collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain data integrity, manage audits and year-end processes, and develop payroll policies and controls in a fast-growing, globally-facing team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing a full payroll cycle for US employees.
• Experience across multiple states including California.
• Expertise in federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Effective communication across HR, Finance and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll for US employees across states.
• Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and tax filings.
• Administer ADP Workforce Now configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with wage-and-hour requirements and reporting.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for data integrity and GL alignment.
• Manage payroll audits, year-end processes, and W-2s.
• Develop and maintain payroll policies and internal controls.
• Respond promptly to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
