Harvey is seeking an experienced US Payroll Manager in the United States to help manage and scale our US payroll operations to meet the tremendous growth of the company. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-growth start-up, is detail-oriented, and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This person will build scalable processes while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across payroll functions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll experience, with supervisory or managerial exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• CPP certification highly preferred.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and payroll tax processes.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and timely for all US employees while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with People Ops on benefits programs and payroll components.
• Serve as primary contact for Workday enhancements and audits.
• Support month-end close tasks and 401k audits and funding reconciliations.
• Handle Form 941 filings and state tax reconciliations.
