Harvey is seeking an experienced US Payroll Manager to scale our US payroll operations amid rapid growth. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building scalable processes for future expansion.

The successful candidate will oversee payroll processing, collaborate with People Ops on benefits, and lead internal audits while ensuring compliance across federal, state, and local regulations. Ambition and ownership are valued here.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Bachelor's degree (Business or related preferred).
• CPP highly preferred.
• Experience implementing or operating within a Workday HRIS environment.
• Experience with payroll accounting, tax, etc.

Responsibilities

• Accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Ensure payroll accuracy & timely processing.
• Review and approve termination checks.
• Collaborate with People Ops to manage payroll components of benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement).
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Workday enhancements.
• Assist with month-end close tasks related to payroll entries.
• Lead annual 401k audit and ensure funding reconciliation.
• Perform quarterly Form 941 filings and state tax reconciliations.
