Job summary

TikTok is seeking interns for the US operations team to participate in a 12-week summer internship focused on campaign execution and data analysis. You will support the top creator team with business reviews, data insights, and cross-functional coordination to drive strategic initiatives.

You will gain hands-on experience in e-commerce campaigns, learn from industry professionals, and participate in development workshops and social events while exploring potential career paths within TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer of 2027.
• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Project Management, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support the top creator team with regular business reviews and data analysis to inform strategy and evaluate performance outcomes.
• Assist with daily operations and project management, including marketing initiatives and cross-functional coordination.
• Contribute to methodology building, case studies, and talent identification to support business growth.
