Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Special Project Strategist Intern for TikTok Shop - Operations, Business Management, for Summer 2027 in Los Angeles. The internship offers hands-on experience supporting global e-commerce strategy and cross-functional execution.

You will analyze data to guide merchandise and seller growth, help set goals and budgets, and coordinate initiatives across teams while ensuring policy compliance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong logical thinking and business analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Be familiar with the overall strategies and tactics of global e-commerce business, and deeply support business leaders to disassemble project tasks, set priorities and add value to the business team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive strategy, including goal/budget setting and performance review.
• Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance of merchandise and seller growth, identify trends, and make optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute the Strategy.
• Participate in design and implementation of business operation management systems and processes, supporting strategy execution.
• Identify and mitigate risk during rapid growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Establish clear communication with internal and external partners globally and coordinate projects across systems and departments.
