Job summary

Milwaukee Tool seeks a Commodity Manager for US Packaging to lead strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and execution across the domestic supply base. You will drive cost competitiveness, innovation, and risk mitigation while collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supplier Partners to deliver measurable results.

You will own end-to-end portfolio management, lead RFPs/RFQs, and negotiate MSAs, with a focus on cost savings and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering).
• 5+ years of strategic sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience managing supply bases and high-growth product categories.
• Proven success negotiating, implementing and managing supply contracts and achieving savings.
• Ability to develop cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of the US packaging component portfolio and develop global sourcing strategies.
• Lead supplier relationships and drive accountability for quality, delivery, and innovation.
• Conduct RFPs & RFQs and negotiate contracts (MSA) to secure favorable terms.
• Lead new product development from a procurement perspective with Engineering and Product Management.
• Own financial reporting and analysis for the US packaging category, including PPV and ideation savings.
