Milwaukee Tool seeks a Commodity Manager for US Packaging to lead end-to-end sourcing, drive supplier partnerships, and deliver value across the domestic supply base. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Finance to optimize cost, quality, and risk in a fast-growing portfolio.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation, and cross-functional influence, with domestic travel up to 25%.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required or desirable.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and driving savings.
• Strong negotiating, organizational, and cross-functional influence skills.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end management of the US packaging component portfolio.
• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies with cost competitiveness and risk management.
• Lead supplier relationships, scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive RFPs/RFQs, contract negotiations, and compliance across the domestic supply base.
• Own financial reporting for the category and identify cost-saving opportunities.
