Job summary

Yoh is seeking an IT Infrastructure- Operations Lead in Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week) for an 8-month contract. The role coordinates IT infrastructure operations across the U.S., acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and global technology teams to ensure efficient service delivery, incident management, audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

• Proven ability to create executive-ready presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as U.S. point of contact for IT infrastructure requests and coordination.
• Partner with global teams to prioritize initiatives and streamline communication.
• Support infrastructure projects and service delivery across server, network, storage and data center environments.
• Coordinate U.S. service management per risk and compliance requirements.
• Assist in resolving high-severity incidents with escalation and stakeholder updates.
• Deliver timely communications on incidents, changes and operational impacts.

IT Infrastructure- Operations Lead

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

Duration: 8-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $70/hr W2

We are seeking an experienced US Operations Lead to support and coordinate IT infrastructure operations across the U.S. region. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and global technology teams, ensuring efficient delivery of infrastructure services, operational support, incident management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary U.S. point of contact for IT infrastructure requests and operational coordination.
• Partner with global technology teams to prioritize initiatives, streamline communication, and eliminate duplicate efforts.
• Support infrastructure-related projects and service delivery across server, network, storage, and data center environments.
• Coordinate U.S. service management activities to ensure alignment with operational, risk, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in managing and resolving high-severity incidents through effective coordination, escalation, and stakeholder communication.
• Deliver clear and timely communications regarding incidents, changes, and operational impacts to business and technical audiences.
• Coordinate audit requests, documentation collection, evidence gathering, and responses across multiple teams.
• Monitor service performance and help drive operational improvements.
• Support regulatory, governance, and risk‑management initiatives impacting technology operations.
• Develop executive-level reports, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations for leadership review.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT operations, or service management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, including:
  • Servers
  • Networks
  • Storage
  • Data Centers
  • Technology Operations
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite:
  • Excel
  • Word
  • PowerPoint
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting data from multiple sources to support business decisions.
• Proven ability to create executive‑ready presentations and reporting materials.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination experience across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading cross‑functional remediation or operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Background in banking, financial services, or other highly regulated environments.
