Job summary

Yoh is seeking a Business Analyst to lead end-to-end analysis onsite in Dallas, TX. You will translate strategy into clear requirements, develop use cases, document solutions, and design workflows to support data analysis and visualization.

Responsibilities include BAT testing, stakeholder facilitation, managing cross-team dependencies, and mentoring teammates while applying Confluence and Miro, and backlog management concepts.

Qualifications

• Workflow design experience.

• Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) experience.
• Familiarity with Confluence and Miro.
• Experience with story writing / backlog management concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with stakeholder influence experience.

Estimated Min Rate: $34.13

Estimated Max Rate: $48.75
