• Experience managing P&L responsibility for a multi-million-dollar business unit or region.
• Strong understanding of U.S. construction practices, labor environments, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the U.S. growth and market expansion strategy.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
• Lead and develop operations, project, engineering, and support teams across the U.S.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices.
