Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial construction or engineering.
• Experience in semiconductor, data center, or pharmaceutical industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L responsibility for a multimillion-dollar business unit or region.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; MBA highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the United States.
• Strong knowledge of US construction regulations, safety standards, and workforce practices.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Business Development: lead US growth strategies and build key client relationships.
• Operations & Project Delivery: oversee US operations and complex industrial projects with focus on safety and quality.
• Team Leadership: recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Financial Management: work with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and profitability for a multimillion-dollar unit.
• Market Expansion: analyze trends and support expansion, including new locations and partnerships.
• Client & Stakeholder Relationships: maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Compliance & Workforce Management: ensure adherence to US codes, safety standards, and workforce practices.
