Job summary

Henlius USA Inc. seeks a strategic Head of Commercial Operations & Analytics to lead the US commercial organization across operations, analytics, forecasting, and sales effectiveness.

This executive will drive data-driven decision-making, launch readiness, field force effectiveness, and performance optimization for oncology and biosimilar products, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Medical Affairs, and Global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in pharmaceutical or biotech with US commercialization experience.
• Experience in oncology or biosimilars preferred and launch-focused.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead US commercial operations strategy, planning, and governance.
• Own forecasting processes, short-term and long-range revenue models.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to inform leadership decisions.
• Drive field force effectiveness, CRM optimization, and KPI monitoring.
• Partner with Finance and Commercial leadership on demand planning and scenarios.
• Support launch readiness for oncology and biosimilars assets.
