Job summary

CSG Talent is seeking a US Technical Sales Manager for monogastrics, remote with Midwest preference, covering accounts across the entire US. You will develop new business across poultry and swine and translate technical data into commercial value for producers, integrators, and distributors.

You will work with an internal R&D team to support presales activity and customer-specific solutions while representing the company at industry events and staying current on trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years sales experience in animal nutrition or related agricultural sector.
• PhD/DVM preferred; master's with relevant sales experience also considered.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based remote role and collaborate with internal technical team.
• Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new client relationships nationwide across poultry and swine producers, integrators, and distributors.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations, translating research data into commercial value.
• Partner with internal research to support presales activity and customer-specific solutions.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline with forecasting and reporting on new business development.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and trade shows.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging monogastric nutrition tech.
