We are seeking a Performance Marketer to run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns for the US market, manage budgets, optimize CPL, CAC, and ROAS, and test creatives and landing pages. Strong analytical skills and English communication are essential, and healthcare experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with the US market.
• Proven track record of delivering results from paid campaigns.
• Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical and English communication skills.
• Healthcare or clinic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Plan and scale campaigns for the US market.
• Manage ad budgets and improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
• Test ad creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking.
• Report on campaign results and recommend next steps.
